Check-in is at 3:00 pm
Checkout is at 11:00 am
You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability.
House Rules
- No smoking
- No pets
- No parties
* Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 9:00 pm – 8:00 am.
Cancellation Policy
- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in.
- If guest cancels 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive 50% of the total reservation. If the guest cancels after 14 days. There will be no refund.
- All refunds will incurred a 4% transaction fee.
Additional rules
~~MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY~~
The maximum number of guests is limited to each property and should NOT exceed. Immediate termination of reservation for exceeding.
~~GUEST REGISTRATION~~
The full names of all guests occupying the property (visiting or staying) must be registered. A valid ID will register each guest(s) prior to check-in. ONLY registered guests are allowed in the property at ALL TIMES. $500 fee and immediate termination of reservation for unregistered guests. No pets. Service pets will incur additional cleaning fee.
~~SURVEILLANCE CAMERA/NOISE SENSOR ~~
There is a surveillance recording device that captures ONLY the front perimeter entry of the unit The noise sensor detects noise levels in the unit. If they reach 70 decibels or higher, which is the legal limit in a residential area, you will receive a message notifying you to lower the volume. If this continues, we will respectfully ask that you vacate the property immediately. If police are called you will be liable for the $1,000 fine. Neither device is to be tampered with, doing so you will first receive a warning followed by termination of reservation.
~~CHECK IN/CHECK OUT~~
CHECK-IN is anytime after 3:00 P.M.
CHECK OUT is 11:00 A.M. To respect the Housekeeper’s time any late check out will incur a $45 fee, for every 30 mins.
~~EARLY CHECK-IN/ LATE CHECK OUT~~
An early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance. If available $35 – $45 per hour will apply to each request.
~~GOOD NEIGHBOR~~
The guests shall not create noise likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance will be immediate termination and guests will need to immediately vacate.
~~FURNITURE~~
Do not move any furniture. If furniture is moved we will have to hire movers to move the furniture back to their original areas to which the guests agree a fee of $50 – $150 will apply.
~~SMOKING~~
NO SMOKING AT ALL. Violation of this rule will incurred a $1,200 fined. Please inquire if smoking is allowed outside.
~~HOUSEHOLD ITEMS~~
We do not permit towels, linens, or any other household items to be taken from the unit. Missing items will incur a fee to replace item.
~~PROPERTY RELATED KEYS~~
$100 will be charged for failure to return any and all rental property-related keys. $95 for Parking Permit and lock-out service.
~~TOILETS~~
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than waste. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the toilet you could be charged damages for the total cost of repair.
~~ ISSUES ON OR WITH THE PROPERTY~~
Please call us immediately or send us a message. It’s best that we take care of the problem(s) immediately instead of you trying to fix it.
~~CHECK OUT PROCEDURE~~
Wash all dirty dishes & put all trash in a trash bag
